Arranging and Transcribing
Throughout my music career I have done a lot of work arranging and transcribing songs in all sorts of styles from re-producing metal songs to creating orchestral arrangements. I really enjoy being able to take a song and create different interpretations of it or make it work with different ensembles, and practicing this alongside my playing experience means I am also able to take a recording and accurately write out the different parts and create chord charts.

This is a short excerpt of an arrangement I did for a guitar and mandolin youth orchestra of the music from the film "Interstellar".
The examples below are short excerpts from a medley I arranged of music from Game Of Thrones (Rains of Castamere and the main theme tune), for guitar and mandolin orchestra. From top to bottom there are 3 mandolin sections, a mandola section, 2 guitar sections and bass.
