I have over 10 years teaching experience and love seeing students progress and meet their goals.

I teach both electric and classical guitar, and also teach mandolin. All of the lessons will be online just now due to coronavirus restrictions, and then when those lift I can also teach in person in Greenock. My approach to teaching is that I try to encourage and equip students to explore their own creativity and to push themselves to learn at a speed which works for each student. I believe that being a versatile musician is important both for enabling students to progress and to be able to be expressive in their own music making.

Whether you want to learn to play along with some of your favourite songs or work through graded exams with the aim of studying music in university, I can plan lessons accordingly to help you reach these targets.

My rate for teaching is £20 for hour lessons .
